About 30 seconds: name, phone, email, password. Everything else - city, credentials, awards - takes one tap each on your profile right after. A fuller profile gives you a stronger starting score and opens up more games you can put your name in for - it helps assigners find you, but assignments are always the organizer's call, never guaranteed.

Privacy: everything you enter here is visible ONLY to tournament staff who assign games. Nothing about you appears on any public page - no name, no city, no scores. Ever.
